100% of booking amount will be deducted and No refund will be given, Irrespective of the resalable value of the rooms.

Kriyates - Bookings

You (The Primary Guest) should be 18years of age or above to check-in at the property. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be either 18years or above age to make a booking. These Booking Terms apply to the accommodation provided by the business named and addressed on the bottom of booking page and the person or legal entity making the Booking. These Booking Terms are governed by Indian penal code and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (and appellate courts) exercising jurisdiction in Chennai (Tamilnadu) for any proceedings in connection with these Bookings except where We agree in writing for other terms. By making a Booking You automatically agree to accept these Booking Terms. Bookings made are legally binding contract between you (or Legal entity representing you) and Us (Kriyates) and it comes into effect when we accept and confirm reservation from you, and after receiving either full/part payment/non refundable deposit of the total price quoted. We reserve the right to terminate/cancel/withhold Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Kriyates - Payments

Payment can be done by INR or with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Debit Cards or Net Banking (for advance booking). Your Credit card will be charged as 'Kriyates' Your card will be charged in Indian Rupees. In case your card is not denominated in Indian Rupees your bank may convert Indian Rupees into the currency of the card at their own exchange rate before posting charges to your credit card. We cannot be held liable if your bank / financial institution levy any charges for currency conversion.
